Cocktail Ingredients:

• 1 oz (3 cl) Brandy
• ½ oz (1½ cl) Lemon Juice
• 1 oz (3 cl) Cointreau

Accessories:

• Cocktail Shaker
• Cocktail Strainer
• Measuring glass or jigger

Steps

• Pour the brandy, lemon juice and orange liqueur into a shaker with ice.
• Shake well.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.

There are several claims as to where the Sidecar was created in Paris (Harry's bar or the Ritz?). But all seem to agree that it was created around World War I.
