Cocktail Ingredients:

• ¾ oz (2¼ cl) Gin
• 3 dash (0.27 cl/0.27 cl) Pastis, Pernod
• ¾ oz (2¼ cl) Triple Sec
• ¾ oz (2¼ cl) Vermouth, dry white
• ¾ oz (2¼ cl) Vermouth, sweet red

Accessories:

• Cocktail Strainer
• Mixing Glass

Steps

• Fill a mixing glass with ice.
• Add the gin, dry and sweet vermouths, triple sec and dash of Pernod.
• Shake vigorously.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
