Cocktail Ingredients:

• 2 oz (6 cl) Gin
• 3 splash (1.11 cl/1.11 cl) Angostura Bitters
• 1½ oz (4½ cl) Lime Juice
• ½ teaspoon (0.19 cl/0.19 cl) Sugar

Accessories:

• Bar Spoon
• lemon or lime squeezer

Steps

• Pour gin, lime juice, bitter and sugar into a Collins glass with crushed ice.
• Stir well.
• Garnish with a lime peel spiral and serve.
