Cocktail Ingredients:

• 5 cl (1.67 oz) Grapefruit Juice
• 10 cl (3.33 oz) Pineapple Juice
• 3 cl (1 oz) Rum, gold
• 3 cl (1 oz) Tequila, gold

Accessories:

• Cocktail Shaker
• Cocktail Strainer
• Measuring glass or jigger

Steps

• Chill a highball glass with ice and pour it out when you are ready to pour the ingredients in the glass.
• Pour the gold tequila, gold rum, grapefruit juice and pineapple juice into shaker with ice.*
• Shake well, and strain into your chilled highball glass.
• Garnish with a wedge of pineapple, and serve.
