Cocktail Ingredients:

• ½ oz (1½ cl) Brandy
• 1½ oz (4½ cl) Port wine, ruby
• 1 egg yolks egg, yolk

Accessories:

• Cocktail Shaker
• Cocktail Strainer
• Measuring glass or jigger

Steps

• Pour brandy, ruby port wine and egg yolk into cocktail shaker filled with ice.
• Shake well.
• Strain into cocktail glass.
• Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
