Cocktail Ingredients:

• ½ oz (1½ cl) Amaretto
• 1 splash (0.37 cl/0.37 cl) Lemon Juice
• 1 oz (3 cl) Orange Juice
• ½ oz (1½ cl) Sloe Gin
• 1 oz (3 cl) Southern Comfort

Accessories:

• Bar Spoon
• Cocktail Strainer
• Measuring glass or jigger
• Mixing Glass
• Speed pourers

Steps

• Pour the amaretto, orange juice, sloe gin and southern comfort into a mixing glass with ice and stir.
• Strain into a shot glass.
• Add a splash of lemon juice and serve.
